The villa is approached by a private lane lined with climbing plants. The front door opens directly into a large lounge with fireplace, bed settee, satellite TV and stereo. Various French windows lead out onto three panoramic terraces. On this floor there is a cloakroom, store room and an equipped kitchen with access to one of the terraces. An internal staircase leads to the first floor: 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin rooms - or 3 double and 1 twin room) and a shower room. Sleeps 8 (10 on request).

You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate. | |
| Services included/not included in the price Water, electricity, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, pizza oven, barbecue, 2 refrigerators, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, stereo, 2 satellite TVs, ceiling fans during the summer season, parking for 3/4 cars is included in the the price. Heating during the winter is not included in the price and costs €100,00 per week (6 hours per day). | |
