Apartment Sorrento Holidays (T303) Massa Lubrense - Venere.com apartment - kitchen From a large shaded terrace equipped with deckchairs and sun beds, one's gaze runs across green olive groves, rests on the small charming hamlet of Nerano, embraces the entire bay and loses itself in the blueness of the sea; a fairy tale! The apartment with private access is hidden amongst the flora of the countryside assuring privacy and peace to the guests. It is situated at a distance of 800m from the small square of Nerano where grocery shops and a bar are to be found. The bus stops here on its route to the beach (2,2 km from the apartment) or in the opposite direction on its route to other localities on the sorrentine peninsula.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Cleaning and weekly change of linen, water, electricity and gas. Washing machine, oven, microwave oven, car space on the street. When possible, the proprietor is able to Provide local produce such as oil, wine, fresh vegetables, etc... (not included in the price).

CANCELLATION POLICY
40% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance on arrival day. Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty; less than 30 days prior to arrival: 90% penalty.
