    HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
    By airplane
    From Madrid Barajas International Airport:
    Take underground line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios. Transfer to line 10, get off at Plaza de España, switch to line 3 and get off at Callao station. The apartments are within walking distance from the station, in Calle de la Luna street.

    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

    Check-in: the apartments are available between 1 p.m. and 11 p.m. Arrivals between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. are subject to an extra charge of €25,00; and arrivals from 1 a.m. onwards are subject to an extra charge of €40,00.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 11 a.m.

    INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
    Baby cots have an extra charge of €20,00 per stay.
    Additional beds cost €20,00 per stay.
    Wireless Internet access is free of charge.
    Use of the safe is included in the price.
     
    CANCELLATION POLICY
    IN CASE OF LATE CANCELLATION OR NO-SHOW ONE NIGHT WILL BE CHARGED ON YOUR CREDIT CARD
