WE STAY AT "GRAN VIA" A WEEK WITH OUR TWO-YEARS-OLD BABY AND IT WAS GREAT! LOCATION EXCELLET FOR SHOPPING, FROM PRADO, FROM PUBLIC PARKS AND MOST IMPORTANT MONUMENT. EVERY DAY THEY CLEAN THE APARTMENT. RECEPTION IS AT HISPANO-ARGENTINO HOSTAL ON GRAN VIA IN A BEAUTIFUL OLD BUILDING (6TH FLOOR) THAT IS 50 MT FROM THE APARTMENT. AT 20 MT THERE IS A STARBUCK'S COFFEE FOR YOUR BREAKFAST WHERE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY.

great flat, great people, great location. cleaning was not great but ok.
only two little things: it is on ground floor and only one window (a door actually to an interior patio) so for air renewal not great and flat very dark. second thing, a lot of noise due to neighbours putting extremely loud music at 4 am and you can hear neighbour snoring....
otherwise fab.
i recommend it. 5 minutes to everything. very close to puerta del sol, 10 min walk to the prado, 5 min walk to cinema and restaurants, and subway.
