    HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
    By car
    El Rincón – La Orotava.
    From the South/aiport: Take the motorway towards Santa Cruz, after 6 km in Santa María del Mar take the North motorway towards Puerto de la Cruz. Take the first exit to Puerto de la Cruz (number 32). When you leave the motorway (after a few metres) you will find a curve, go slowly and take the road on your left hand side. You will see a sign Cuesta de la Villa–Cambio de Sentido. Turn on your left hand side.
    Pass La Orotava exit and after few metres, pass Santa Cruz exit (don't take these exits). Follow the main road and at the roundabout take the third exit to El Bollullo, pass under the bridge, go down the street until you reach a restaurant called “San Diego. You must take the keys inside the restaurant.

    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

    INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
    Extra person (maximum 4) costs €15,00.
    For children under 3 years a cot is provided free of charges.
    Weekly general cleaning, bed linen and towel change.
    Car rental €20,00/€23,00 per day (7 days minimum).
     
    CANCELLATION POLICY
    In case of cancellation 29 - 15 days before the booked period 50% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card. In case of cancellation 14-8 days before the booked period 80% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card. In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the booked period, or if the customer does not show up no refund will be given.
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
