Apartment In centro - Pinti Florence - Venere.com apartment - exterior In centro - Pinti is a very nice, comfortable, completely renovated and well located apartment in Florence, within 10 walking minutes from the Duomo, the S. Croce church, museums and the shopping area.

The district is very interesting and pleasant and still retains the charm of the old town, with small trattorias, elegant restaurants and the flea market.

Borgo Pinti is an important street of the old centre. Nowadays it connects the Volto di S.Piero to the outer alleys called Viali, tree-lined avenues of the 19th century, where the old city walls were set.

Apartment In centro - Pinti Florence - Venere.com double room The apartment lies on the ground floor and is composed of two parts connected by a loggia passage opening onto a small charming courtyard with a fountain dating back to the 17th century. It offers space for 4-6 persons. Once sculptor Quinto Martini's atelier, it still retains its artistic character.

The first part features an entrance, a living room with dining corner and kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate bedroom (with twin beds or large bed). The second part has a living room with single sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a loft with double bed (which can be divided into two single beds) plus a single sofa bed.

The apartment is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, cooker (4 hot plates), washing machine, wardrobe, ironing facilities, satellite TV, heating, radio, hairdryer and desk.

Baby cots are available on request.

This is a wonderful apartment in Florence. It would easily accomodate 6 people. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. Having a washing machine available in the apartment was very helpful. The only glitch we had was a rather long wait (1+ hour) for someone to arrive and let us into the apartment. The staff was very accomodating and brought us a fan on our second day. Beware the mosquitos in Florence in August.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The final cleaning is not included in the price and costs €70,00 per apartment.
Bed and bath linen is not included in the price and costs €15,00 per person.
Use of heating is not included in the price. Details available upon request.
Payment by credit card is subject to a surcharge of 2.2%.
Baby cots are not included in the price and cost €26,00 per week.

CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY. The booking deposit (30% of the total amount) has to be payed at the reservation and it is not refundable in case of cancellation.The booking deposit could be credited for another booking. Payment by Credit Card + 2,2% Weekly, fifteen days and monthly rentals on request
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
