After the Fortezza take Viale Spartaco Lavagnini (on the side of odd numbers) till piazza Libertà square and come back on Viale Spartaco Lavagnini on the even-numbered side, till n.42, where you will find the property.
    From Firenze Sud motorway's exit follow direction city centre along the Arno river till Piazza Libertà square. Go on till Fortezza da Basso and after the square take Viale Spartaco Lavagnini where you will find the property at n.42.

    By train
    From Stazione di S.M. Novella train station take Via Nazionale. Go straight till Piazza Indipendenza square and always straight to via Santa Caterina D'Alessandria until the crossroads with where you will find the property at n.42.

    From Florence airport, take a taxi, (journey time 15 minutes).

    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property.     Check-in: the rooms are available between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Outside of this times the keys are available at Hotel Alamanni, located in Via Luigi Alamanni 35.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms before 11 a.m.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    the entire amount of your stay is charged on your credit card upon reservation, receipt. In case of late cancellation or no show, the entire amount of yor stay will be retained.
