    HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
    By airplane
    From Edinburgh Airport: on exiting the airport, take the first exit at the roundabout and continue along Glasgow Road (A8). When you reach Gogar Roundabout, take the third exit onto the A720, the Edinburgh Bypass. Exit at Lothianburn Junction (for A702 City Centre, Carlisle) and then take the second exit for the city centre. After around 2 miles (3.2 km), take a right turn into Comiston Road and then into Cluny Gardens. Turn left at Oswald Road, then right at South Oswald Road where the apartments are located. Alternately, there is an Airlink 100 daily express bus that leaves the bus station, adjacent to the terminal, every 10 minutes. It arrives in the centre of Edinburgh from where you can take a taxi or walk to the hotel.

    HOTEL POLICIES
    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
     
    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
    Check-in:     the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m. (please note that guests must contact the property before hand in order to arrange the collection of the keys).
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Payment of a 10% non-refundable deposit will be required for reservations made more than 8 weeks in advance. Full payment will be required for reservations made less than 8 weeks in advance. Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are non- refundable. Please contact the Alba Executive Apartments office prior to arrival to arrange your personal check in.
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
