The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available at any time after 3.30 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 9.30 p.m.
Late check-in or check-out must be communicated prior to arrival.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Additional guest accommodation is subject to a fee of £10.00 per person, per night.
Guests are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £100.00, that will be refunded in full, 7 days after the end of the stay, provided there is no damage to the apartment or its contents.

Late Cancellation, customers will incur a charge as detailed below:
If cancellation is made:
4 weeks till check in - deposit +10% of balance
If cancellation is made:
2 weeks till check in - deposit + 80% of balance
If cancellation is made:
1 weeks till check in - deposit + 100% of balance
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
