hotel outside San Giuseppe Villa is located in a wonderful and panoramic location from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of Siena. The Villa is surrounded by the Chianti vineyards.

S. Giuseppe Villa is housed in a typical ancient Tuscan stone house, restored in 2004, and offers three apartments, Luca is the biggest one, Vanessa and Sara the smaller ones.

The apartments open to a big garden with swimming-pool (5x12 meters) with external shower, panoramic terrace, washing machine, wood-oven, barbecue, bicycles and private car parking. Every flat has a private external spot furnished with chairs and table.

APARTMENTS

apartment Apt. Luca: a four room apartment, (about 140 sqm in size) for 6+2 persons (we may also add beds for children under 12 years old).
This is a comfortable apartment with an independent entrance from the garden. The ground floor is composed of a living-room with fireplace (with wood) sofa, satellite TV, a big table and an external entrance. The kitchen is completely equipped with oven, cooking stoves, toaster, coffee maker and American coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge, a bathroom with shower and whirlpool. The first-floor consists of two double bedrooms with panoramic windows, then another spacious bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with bathtub.

Apt. Vanessa: a three room apartment (about 110 sqm in size) for 4/2 persons (we may add beds for children under 12). It is a comfortable apartment with external entrance from the garden furnished with table and chairs. The ground floor is composed by a wide living-room with fireplace, satellite TV and sofa, the kitchen is completely equipped (oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker and American coffee machine, dish washer and fridge). The bathroom has two showers. The first floor is composed of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, the bathroom offers shower and whirlpool.

Apt. Sara: a three room apartment (about 80 sqm in size) for 4/2 people (we may add beds for children under 12). It is a comfortable apartment with external entrance from the garden equipped with table and chairs. The ground floor is composed by a living-room with a completely furnished kitchenette with: oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker and American coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge; a fireplace and a sofa in front of the satellite TV. The first-floor is composed by two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
Coming from Rome, take the A1 highway and get out at Sinalunga exit. The main road connects Sinalunga to Siena, you have to get out from the street at Castelnuovo Berardenga exit, then from the centre of the village follow the direction north towards San Gusmè or Brolio. When Castelnuovo Berardenga finishes, take the 1st white road on your right.
Coming from Milan, take the A1 and get out at Sinalunga exit, then follow the main road in the direction of Siena.
