    By airplane
    From Barcelona El Prat International Airport, take L1 train from the RENFE train station to Plaça de Catalunya (trains leave every 30 minutes, and the ride takes about 25 minutes). Transfer to L3 underground and get off at Passeig de Gràcia stop. The apartment is located within walking distance.
    From the airport you can also take the Aerobus bus shuttle to the center, located outside the Arrivals terminal. The Aerobus leaves every 10-15 minutes and stops at Plaça de Catalunya (the ride takes about 30 minutes). From Plaça de Catalunya square, transfer to L3 underground to Passeig de Gràcia. The apartment is located within walking distance.

    Walk to the underground station Drassanes, and take L3 underground to Passeig de Gràcia stop. The apartment is located within walking distance.

    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
     
    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
    Check-in:     the apartment is available at any time after 2 p.m. Check-in from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. incurs an additional charge of €20,00; and check-in after 11 p.m. incurs an additional charge of €40,00. Check-in time has to be communicated at least one hour prior to arrival calling (+34) 678427993.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than noon.

    INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
    Final cleaning service is not included in the price and costs €60,00.
    Check-in between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. has an extra charge of €20,00; check-in after 11 p.m. implies an extra charge of €40,00.
     
    CANCELLATION POLICY
    at the moment of your reservation we requiered the 25% of the total amount as deposit. In case of NO SHOW or late cancellation this deposit will not refunded
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
