Ramblas Apartamentos offers fully equipped and recently renovated holiday apartments. These stylish and light-filled apartments feature natural stone floorings and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartments offer a kitchenette with all accessories and cooking utensils (such as dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, juice maker, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, etc), a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, and a complete bathroom with hair dryer.
For a perfect stay, the apartments include individually controlled air conditioning and heating, flat screen LCD TV with international channels, and high-speed Internet access. Apartments also feature safe, alarm connected to the police station, stereo, desk, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Towels, sheets, blankets and Nordic covers are provided in each apartment. Baby cots are also available on request, free of charge.

| METHODS OF PAYMENT Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate. | |
| CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: the apartments are available at any time. Please remember to phone the owner on arrival at the airport/train or coach station, or when approaching the city of Barcelona, if you travel by car. The owner will only go towards the apartment only once he/she receives your phone call. Eventually, if you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be expected to communicate it to the owner, since he/she will be waiting for you. On arrival, you will also be asked to pay in cash, please make sure you have enough money with you. Check-in after 8 p.m. incurs an extra charge, to be paid directly to the check-in person on the spot: arrivals between 8 p.m. and midnight incur an extra charge of €20,00; arrivals between midnight and 7.00 incur an extra charge of €50,00; and arrivals between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. incur an extra charge of €20,00. Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments before noon. Upon arrival, an hour must be agreed upon for check out. As a general rule, the owner or his/her representative will come to check the apartment and get the keys, and guests must be ready to leave immediately. Failure to leave at the agreed time for check-out and/or later than 12 a.m. means an additional night is due, without any right of further occupancy. The owner will refund you the total deposit if the apartment is in the same state as it was when you arrived. People checking out before 8am will be charged €30,00 extra.
