Apartment Passeig de Joan de Borbó Barcelona - Venere.com lobby This apartment in Barceloneta has two bedrooms and offers a wonderful view of the marina of Barcelona. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment consist of one bedroom with view, another doble bedroom, and a big sofa bed in the living room for addtional 2 persons. From the living room and the main bedroom is possible to access the balcony, spacious enough to have breakfast or sunbathing while enjoying the terrific view. The bathroom is very modern and has a shower and bath tub.

The apartment was fantastic, the view incredible and Lorenzo's attention to us and our needs - 10/10. Thanks Lorenzo for helping to make our trip so wonderful. Only negative - the electric oven (but only the oven part) was not working.

HOTEL POLICIES

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Check-in: 3 p.m.
Check-out: 11 a.m.


INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Included: all expenses electricity, gas, linens and towel.
Additional 50 euros on top of total price displayed will be added for cleaning and admin fee.
Not included: additional 30 euros check in before 3 PM and after in after 9PM.
50 euros if you check in after 11 PM
check out after 11.00 am: 30 euros, if available
50 euros if you check in on Sunday or bank holiday.
We will debit 20% of the total price to confirm reservation, if you cancel less the 30 days before arrival we will debit the whole amount.
80% to be paid cash at arrival +300 security deposit to be returned on your leave if there is no major damage.

CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking you will be charged of 20% of total price of stay, this amount is not refundable. The rest of the payment (80% of total amount) is due in cash when you check in. If you cancel more then 30 days before arrival you will be charged an additional 30% of the total amount. If you cancel less then 30 days before arrival you will be charged 100%.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
